Playtime
Peyton had our new neighbor Sammie over for a 2 hour play date today. The girls did about 4 minutes worth of EVERY imaginable activity. Can I say A.D.D.?!?!? :-)

Flapper Gal and NYC playdate
Peyton began the day dressing in her Flapper attire (kindness of "Grandma Hun") for her weekly ballet/tumbling/tap class. She was so proud of her costume and Miss Debbie even complimented the "new look". . .
After dance class, we met up with Lucy & Nora (straight from NYC) and their Granny at Faust Park.
Taylor enjoyed climbing and posing:

Taylor exits crib
Last night was Taylor's final night in her crib. She climbed out before bedtime and then climbed out again today when I put her in for her nap. Peyton got a kick out of seeing Daddy transform the crib into a toddler bed!
Peyton gave her a goodnight kiss and wished her well in her new "big girl" bed:

Tea Party
Miss Moshi came over with a belated b-day gift for Taylor and we had an impromptu tea party (with the fancy china tea set Gung gave Peyton for her 3rd birthday) and luncheon.

Connie McCarthy's Girls
Today we had a fun play date with Connie McCarthy's daughters, twins Annie and Kate and little sister Gracie. Peyton and Taylor are getting pretty good at sharing these days. The Disney Princess playhouse was their favorite hangout:

Happy Birthday USMC & Taylor
Taylor is TWO as of 8:15a.m. November 10th. But who is really counting the minutes? Daddy serenaded her before he left for work.
After another birthday serenade at the YMCA, we picked up her cake:
Auntie Nana drove in from K.C. for the big event. Here she stands proudly by Eric and Sir:

Cousins sang in harmony to the birthday girl. . .
Big hugs to her very own Pooh Bear!
Her new Victorian Doll Pram was a big hit as she paraded throughout the house:

Leaves are falling & Temps are dropping
The Fall/Winter wardrobe hangs proudly in the girls' closets. Seems like we will not be wearing shorts for a few months based upon the weather forecast! We spent today INDOORS at Goosey's basketball game and then the infamous Burger King play land. Taylor continues to try to teach big sister Peyton how to smile pretty and look at the camera. Peyton either stares straight at the camera with a blank expression or smiles while looking away.
Looks like the only way to capture the eyes AND the smile is for her to be sliding :-0

FINALLY! A couple pics from the October 30th Witch Party honoring Grandma Hun on her 65th birthday. It was an awesome bash at Hacienda and I ate like a wild woman.
