Dad's Night at Little School

Tonight was Taylor's first and Peyton's final Dad's Night at the Little School. Uncle Craig served as a proxy Daddy and assisted Peyton with her Tinker Bell jack-o-lantern. Daddy produced Belle with Taylor.

Annual Halloween Parade and Party

This was my 3rd year serving on our neighborhood Halloween Party committee, and 2nd year of hostessing the party. As always, it was loads of fun. . .

The pinata got busted quickly!

The rope from the pinata was just as entertaining to these girls!
My little ladies RUNNING the cakewalk after dusk. They used up ALL their energy tonight.

Taylor: dazed, confused, exhausted. She was too tired to sit or stand so she laid on the kitchen floor as I cleaned dishes.

Happy Birthday Sunny

A million apologies (to Miss MoMo especially) for the 10 day break in Blog entries. Oops...time slips away these days. Today we celebrated cousin Colleen's 3rd birthday at the Museum of Transportation. Lots of dress-up and imaginative play for all. . .

Sunny was awfully serious when I asked her to smile. . .
Sunny's favorite gift of all....the baby who truly needs diaper changes. This doll will cost Potsou & Chuck a fortune in diaper fees if she stays intrigued by it.
It "takes a village" to feed and change this doll!

Peyton receives her Rosary

Today for show & tell, it was "D" day and Peyton wanted to bring Daddy. I waited in the hall while Peyton introduced her Daddy to the class. . .as I waited I saw some original artwork:
Here is a glimpse of Daddy just after he was presented to the class:
After "D" day, we headed over to the Little Church and Mgsr. Stehley blessed the rosaries for all the 4 year olds:
It was difficult to capture a photo because Mommy & Daddy walked up to help Peyton receive her rosary.
Our "deep thinker" just after exiting the church:
BIG SMILE from little sister. . .
