Taylor

Taylor demonstrates WHY we have the "safety pillow" aside her "big girl" toddler bed:Back in "sleep position" care of Daddy:
This morning Taylor put on her new Scottie motif pants. She feels like HOT STUFF and thrives on putting her cell phone (Schnowzer's deactivated one) in her pocket. . .

The Rockettes

Gung Gung took Peyton to see the Rockettes. VIP seating in row 5 made the performance even better in this aspiring dancer's eyes.

One of her favorite numbers was the toy soldiers:

NHCC Christmas Party

Today was our annual Norwood outing with Gung Gung & Papa. Our little ladies rarely stand still so this pose is cherished. . .
Here is a glimpse of the infamous puppet show "Under The Christmas Tree". . .

The girls each got Elmo balloons from Santa's elves:
Schnowzer's "favorite" son-in-law pose:Taylor was extremely proud of her face paint:

The Magic House

Taylor and I attended the Members' Holiday Party at The Magic House and it was delightful. The morning began with a red & green sprinkled doughnut and some ice cold milk. . .

The kitchen area was a hit. She really enjoys being the prefect size for the stove and oven!
Water play is always a favorite. Notice the sleeves are rolled up . . .
. . .yet the sleeves still got soaked, as did most of her pant legs! Check out those sleeves on "Speed Racer Taylor":
An hour later and the sleeves were still damp! She had a full length one-way conversation with Gung Gung!

Peyton's School Christmas Party

Here is a class picture taken just before their "performance". . . they sang 3 Christmas carols.

Taylor is eager to begin school. Anytime we have her in Peyton's classroom we have a lot of trouble extracting her from the room. SO much to do!
Peyton presented Gung Gung with a homemade ornament which is now hanging proudly on our tree:

MISS MOSHI HOLIDAY LUNCHEON

Today the girls and I enjoyed a much anticipated "ladies luncheon" at Miss Moshi's. From Disney Princess door prizes to cute ornaments to Mrs. Moran's favorite - - - M&Ms, Miss Moshi spoiled us!

Ornament in one hand, chip in another:
I should print this and send it to Warren & Betty! I can title it "THREE REPUBLICANS". . .

Feel the love!

HOLIDAY BAKING

Nothing beats the accomplishment of getting to lick the batter while baking . . .

During our baking session Sandy barked until we noticed Miss Elaine walking up our driveway. She is by far the friendliest USPS carrier in the nation!

Taylor modeled her "Chesterfield Pool" ensemble. This is the girls' latest "imagination activity". . .they go into Peyton's room and gather all their pool supplies and pretend they are at Chesterfield Pool. Taylor models her sister's size 5T suit (notice both of her legs fit in one stretched out leg opening! Typically she sports her bright orange goggles, too! After successfully making muffies and cookies, Peyton decided to make some muffins, too. Here she is stirring the batter with pride:

Happy St. Nicholas Day

St. Nick's Day found Tastel Top Tim in our kitchen and filled shoes with and small gifts on the hearth. . .
After Mass we had dinner at Matador and took plenty of pictures for Mrs. Moran (she has been wondering why the Blog has not been "full throttle" lately).

The line for Santa was not too long at the Mall so we posed for an impromptu pic. . .since Taylor was frightened it ended up being a family pic. . .

The girls had lots of fun chasing a remote control robot:

Potsou birthday outing

We had a lovely dinner at Oishi (Hibachi style Japanese). The chef made this "birthday fried rice" with love for Potsou:Moshi and I experimented with my camera:
Smiles with our chef:
